Called early in the morning she took all my information and called me back within 10 minutes to tell me what time the tech would be there. The tech was RIGHT ON TIME! Kurtis is the tech's name who came out. He was knowledgeable smart and professional. Fixed my Refrigerator I lost no food! And explained everything he did.
Arthur - Nov 12, 2010 GREAT SERVICE! Called that morning for service spoke with a Maddie, she took all my information and called be back in 15 minutes to tell me what time the tech was coming. He was right on time!! Kurt came fixed my machine and was very knowledgeable and professional as well as clean! I would recommend Astre Appliance to anyone! A few weeks later I called for parts they transferred me to their parts department under Valley Appliance Parts they were extremely helpful in helping me locate my model # and in determining what part I needed. Turns out all I needed was an igniter for my oven not the whole valve. Great Business people!
Brian - Mar 28, 2010 Needed to repair my washing machine, spoke with a lady she set me up for service, and also clearly explained all the charges to me, they called me the following morning to tell me when the repair man was coming, it was between 8-10, he came at 8:15. Perfect! He was very knowledgeable and had the parts on his truck and was finished inside of an hour. I had a washer again in no time! I highly recommend.
Benjamin Abate - April 2011Great service called to setup and appointed all the charges were explained. Setup an appointment for the next day got a phone call in the morning telling what time the repair man would be there. The repairman also called when he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem told me what the cost of the repair was and he had the part with him. The price was fair he had my refrigerator cooling again in no time, and I didn't loose any food (Except my milk). Great experience and I highly recommend. |
